Cerrado Mineiro is unique among South American coffee growing regions. Flat topography, rather than mountainous, allows most of the coffee crop to ripen around the same time. Right after harvest, the coffee is naturally processed and sun-dried. The resulting cup of coffee is a very uniform, with gentle acidity and long-lasting body.

Tasting Notes: Well balanced, creamy body, sweet with notes of milk chocolate, marzipan, peanut butter, and cocoa with mild stonefruit.
