Note: Tim is a craft roaster and this is a labor of love, not a full-time roastery. All roasting takes place the first week of each month, targeting the 1st through the 7th of the month. Deliveries, when specified on your order, are done the next day. These foods are homemade and not subject to state inspection. We are a cottage food producer and do not ship coffee. We can deliver to you if you are within 20 miles of Rochester, Minnesota, for $4.00 or you can make arrangements to pick up at our home in Oronoco, Minnesota. Note on our current decaf offerings. Decafinated Coffees are Tim and Karen’s daily drink at home (caffeinated for espresso drinks). We rotate nations of origin each six months according to what is being offered and what we like the best. We do not “settle” with decaf. We want a coffee-snob worthy offering. Current favorite nations of origin include Mexico, Peru, Ethiopia, and Colombia.
