Is your coffee organic?
We only purchase and roast raw organic coffee beans. While we are not officially organic certified, we do not modify the organic beans in any way other than roasting. Where available, we heavily favor Fair Trade organic certified raw coffees.
How soon after ordering will I receive my coffee?
We roast two times a week, generally Wednesday and Saturday. Your order will be automatically placed into our ordering system for the next roasting cycle! We ship your coffee within hours of when it comes out of the roaster, ensuring you receive the freshest possible coffee.
Where can I get my coffee?
We offer very generous shipping terms - $4.99 flat rate to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. For local pickup, contact us or put a note in the order form to let us know to contact you to coordinate pickup.
If you are local to the Rochester, MN area, we offer a small selection of roasted coffee at Old Abe’s Coffee Shop.
What if I’m not satisfied with my coffee?
If you are not satisfied with your coffee for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn’t care for that variety, please let us know! We will replace or refund your coffee immediately, no questions asked.
Can I send coffee to another person as a gift?
Of course! What could be better than receiving fresh roasted coffee as a gift? Simply put the desired delivery location as the shipping address in your order form, and we will make sure it gets to the correct place. If you have a note you’d like us to add, please indicate that in the order comments.
